You can learn Hebrew Block Print and Cursive through Hebrew by Inbal. Inbal has an amazing course that anyone at any age/ grade level can easily pick up on, and then you can begin learning Paleo-Hebrew which is even easier because you already have Hebrew, but there is no one exhaustive Paleo-Hebrew and Hebrew copy of the DSS and Nag Hammadi Libraries in publication unfortunately. This is why I use the tools I use to dig into things, and learn that way

I cannot recommend this book enough! Inbal takes learning down to an elementary school level, and guides you every step of the way! This book helps you build confidence in writing Hebrew, and leaves you feeling a sense of success even if you don't have "perfect" handwriting such as myself! Todah Rabbah for all you do Inbal!

I finished Hebrew 1 by Hebrew by Inbal , and the online course work that accompanies it. I actually finished the book the other night, and the focused on tightening up everything overnight tonight during downtime at work, and I have to say that while being able to understand quite a bit of Hebrew and even read a lot of it this course took that to the next level. It gave me the confidence I needed to be able to look at texts, and more confidently say "Yes that word is definitely אנא Aba", and carry on from there. I feel like anyone who truly wants to learn this has the ability to do so if they just commit to it. It's very simple, very easy to pick up on, and it's designed so that even a child can look at it, and pick it up right away! Instead of having to look words up now I have more of an ability to say something is what it is.

Read 1000 books not private according to the authors intention I still am really enjoying as a beginner, learning about the language of Hebrew. The authors method is easily comprehended and starts with the basics. If you are interested in taking on the challenge of understand in the Hebrew language, I recommend you start with this book.

Terrific way to learn to read Hebrew

This just was another layer on the cake for me! Taking my learning from Hebrew 1 and now learning cursive in Hebrew 2 along with learning how to form more words really was a level up in my Hebrew game for me! Inbal makes this so stress free, and laid back that it becomes an enjoyment!

Hebrew 1 by Inbal gets you off to a good solid start in writing and reading the Hebrew print letters. There are different ways of writing block script. You will confuse yourself if you skip from one teacher to another as I have done. Best is to learn from one teacher until you get yourself grounded. Inbal has a complete system worked out which shows that she has put serious taught into her work and she also follows excellent teaching practice. Start your Hebrew reading and writing journey here and you will stay on track. Several guides will offer their services to take you through the daunting forest of Hebrew letters. Chose your guide carefully.

Hebrew by Inbal is fantastic! We found her on YouTube and she drew us in with her practical approach to learning Hebrew. And she’s Israeli so she is a native speaker! This particular book is darling and perfect for kids but also for adult learners! We got everyone in the family one for Christmas and are learning together. Her little helpful tidbits and prompts and encouragement throughout the book are really great! 😊

I'm not new to learning languages, but new to Hebrew. I would absolutely recommend this book as a starting point. Although I've only just started it's been easy to follow and fun. The book itself is very motivating, and I've interacted with the author via Instagram and she is a lovely, encouraging person! I'm definitely going to progress to the second book after this and look forward to her future projects as I progress!

Hebrew 1 was a great way to start the journey of learning to write/read Hebrew. I had tried before but other times were too hard, too focused on religion or not very practical. One of the helpful aspects is that Inbal includes videos, shorts and songs to help you learn in several different formats. Like she recommends, I wish I had bought the second book right after I finished the 1st. If I were to do it again, I might have ordered it when I was halfway or 2/3 of the way done so I had it in time. Mazel tov!

Started with the 1st book and loved it so much I ordered the next one. Easy to follow and understand. Easily goes with her online course. So helpful.

This book is solid along with Inbal's companion video in which she takes great care to be as clear as possible, it comes with a Hebrew alphabet and pronunciation lesson for no extra cost. You can't go wrong with the content provided. Yes, worth the price. Her system is accessible and easily understood for "regular people" who aren't linguists and don't know what IPA is.
