At Hebrew by Inbal, our goal is to provide you with the highest quality learning experience - whether you enroll in one of our digital Hebrew programs or purchase a physical product. We care deeply about your satisfaction and your success, and we're always here to support you.

Because of how Hebrew by Inbal's products are delivered and produced, the following refund terms apply.

Refunds for Digital Products (Online Courses & Programs)

All digital programs offered by Hebrew by Inbal are non-refundable.

When you enroll in any digital course or program, you receive immediate access to the materials you purchased. This includes video lessons, audio files, downloadable resources, student platform access, and any bonuses included with your enrollment.

Digital access cannot be “returned,” and because your program is fully delivered the moment your payment is processed, all sales are final.

This policy aligns with standard digital‑goods protection and is essential to maintaining the quality, integrity, and lifetime access structure of Hebrew by Inbal's programs.

Refunds for Physical Products (Print-on-Demand Books & Materials)

All physical products are created through print‑on‑demand production, which means:

Each book or physical resource is printed specifically for you after you place your order.

Nothing is mass‑produced or stored in warehouses.

This process helps reduce waste, prevents overproduction, and is one of the most eco‑friendly and sustainable ways to create physical learning materials.

Because every product is custom printed at the time of your order, physical items are also non-refundable once the order has been submitted.

However, if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Hebrew by Inbal will gladly replace it at no additional cost (details in the Shipping & Delivery Policy).

Payment Plans & Installment Billing

If you purchase a Hebrew by Inbal program using a payment plan, the following terms apply:

By selecting a payment plan at checkout, you authorize Hebrew by Inbal to automatically charge your payment method the agreed installment amount each month for the full number of payments selected.

All installment payments are mandatory and must be completed in full.

There is no option to pause, cancel, or modify your payment plan once enrolled.

Access to program content is tied to payment status - new units unlock with each successful payment.

Full lifetime access is granted only upon completion of all payments in full, on time.

Failed, delayed, or disputed payments will result in immediate suspension of program access. Access will not be reinstated. Hebrew by Inbal reserves the right to permanently revoke access if payments remain unresolved.

Initiating a chargeback does not cancel your payment obligation. Hebrew by Inbal reserves the right to pursue collection of all remaining installments.

By placing an order for any digital program or physical book/product, you acknowledge and agree to the no‑refund policy stated here.

This agreement helps protect the sustainable nature of print-on-demand production and ensures fairness to all students who receive immediate digital access upon enrollment.
