Digital Products (Online Hebrew Programs)
Practically Speaking Hebrew and the free digital courses included with each Hebrew 1•2•3 resource are 100% online programs. No physical shipping is involved.
Access to all digital products is delivered via email and your personal student dashboard upon successful payment processing.
Access Tiers and Delivery
Access Breakdown:
1. Practically Speaking Hebrew - Complete Program (One-Time Payment):
You will receive immediate and full access to all seven (7) units of the Practically Speaking Hebrew program, including all associated video lessons, audio practices, and downloadable materials.
2. Practically Speaking Hebrew - Starter Unit:
You will receive immediate access to Unit 1 only, which focuses entirely on pronunciation and clarity.
You may upgrade to the full program at any time.
3. Practically Speaking Hebrew - Monthly Plan:
Upon enrollment, you will receive:
- Immediate access to Unit 1
- One (1) additional unit (including all lessons and materials within that unit) will unlock monthly with each successful payment
- Full access to all seven (7) units will be granted upon completion of your final payment, which depends on the payment schedule you selected (2 to 5 monthly installments)

If a payment fails or is disputed, access to all program content will be immediately suspended. Access will not be reinstated.
Physical Products (Books, Paperback, Printed Material)
Production & Delivery Timeline
All physical products are printed on demand using the highest quality printing standards. This means your book is printed specifically for you after you place your order.
Production Time: 3-5 business days (displayed at checkout for your specific order)
Shipping Time: Varies based on your location and selected shipping method (displayed at checkout for your specific order)
Please note: During high-demand seasons (holidays, back-to-school periods), production times may be slightly longer than average.
Shipping Costs & Options
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Your delivery address
- Your selected shipping speed preference
- The weight and size of your order
You will see your exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Delivery Schedule:
- Express and Expedited shipping: Monday through Friday only
- Standard Mail shipping: Via your country's postal service
Order Tracking
Once your order is printed and packaged for delivery, you will receive a shipment confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. If you selected a traceable shipping method, your confirmation email will include a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery.
Important Shipping Information
One Shipping Address Per Order Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
PO Boxes & Military Addresses
- Orders shipping to PO Boxes must use USPS Mail or Priority shipping methods
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses must use USPS shipping methods
- Please select "United States of America" as your country at checkout for military addresses
- Additional transit time should be expected for addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and US territories
International Shipping: We ship to nearly all countries worldwide. Shipping times vary by destination.
We do NOT ship to the following countries/territories: Belarus, Crimea Region, Cuba, Iran, Johnston Island, North Korea, Russia, Saint Pierre Et Miquelon, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Wake Islands, Yemen, Venezuela.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Important: When ordering from outside your country of residence, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local customs agency. These fees are determined and collected by your country's customs authority and are your responsibility as the recipient. Hebrew by Inbal has no control over these fees and cannot predict or pay them on your behalf.
Please check with your local customs office if you have questions about potential duties or taxes for your order.
Possible Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, certain circumstances beyond our control may delay your order:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Customs processing and clearance times
- Natural disasters or severe weather
- Carrier delivery restrictions
- Remote or rural delivery locations
Untraceable Mail & Priority Mail Services: These shipping methods may take up to 28 business days for delivery. If your order does not arrive within 28 days using these methods, please contact me at hi@hebrewbyinbal.com.
Extended Delays: Orders affected by circumstances beyond our control may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs agencies, natural disasters, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Want to cancel your physical product order?
Since we begin printing your order immediately, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel, email me at hi@hebrewbyinbal.com RIGHT AWAY with your order number. I will do my best to stop production, but I cannot make any promises once the printing process has begun.
No cancellation requests will be honored after your order has shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We work with the finest quality printing facilities to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Please contact me within 5 days of your order's shipment date at hi@hebrewbyinbal.com
Include in your email:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
Do NOT ship the item back to us. Photos are sufficient for us to process a replacement.
We will happily provide a replacement copy for any legitimate printing errors, damage during shipping, or incorrectly packaged items at no additional cost to you.
Please Note: Replacement requests submitted after 7 days from the shipment date cannot be honored. Normal wear and tear, damage after delivery, or dissatisfaction with content are not eligible for replacement.
Your Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that:
- You have provided a complete and accurate shipping address
- You understand shipping times are estimates and may vary
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees in your country
- You will contact me within 5 days if there is an issue with your order
